The Chairman of Harbour Trust is Leon Dargis, whose 40 years in estate, investment and tax planning are the foundation of the company. In his career, Dargis was instrumental in starting and developing one of the largest trust divisions of an independent bank in Indiana, with assets under management totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

The President of Harbour Trust is Robert Rose, a trust and investment management professional for more than 15 years. His skills focus on organizational team building, strategic planning and the management of account relationships.
