Joanne was born and raised in the Northwest of England where she studied English and Religious Studies at Runshaw College in Leyland. She moved to the U.S. after college and resides in New Buffalo, Michigan, with her family of four children and many pets. Jo has worked in customer service since she was seven years old and her parents owned the “corner shop” in their town. The shop was a full-service store and customers would bring a list, hand it to Jo and her brother, and they would gather all the items and bag it for them. Jo was running the register and balancing the till by the time she was ten years old. It was a natural progression that she ended up working in retail management and customer service for over 20 years before joining the Harbour Trust family. In addition to providing relationship support to Harbour’s clients, Jo participates in many internal projects and initiatives within the Company. Caring for others, providing exemplary customer service, and attending to the smallest of details are embedded in Jo’s nature. In her spare time, Jo enjoys caring for and spending time with her family, walking, rehabbing her home, and finding old furniture at garage sales that she can give a new lease on life.

Kim was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware then moved to Valparaiso, Indiana in 2019. After spending time working for several Retail Banks and a Trust Company, she is proud to be a part of our family at Harbour Trust. She is passionate about partnering with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Kim constantly strives to build deeper connections with her clients as well as her colleagues.

Kim enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, Nick, and their daughter, Kora along with their pets. Together their family makes a hobby out of exploring the Indiana Dunes and walking various local parks, picking up trash along the way teaching their daughter about kindness and the planet. Their family loves to explore outdoors and intends to see as many National Parks as they can.

Sue brings 18 years of experience working in a highly regulated and confidential environment in the field of Human Resources Management.

Sue joined Harbour Trust Company in 2006 and provides direct corporate and administrative support to Bob Rose, Chairman, and CEO in serving the special needs of his clients. Sue also services as the Property Manager, maintaining the interior and exterior of our beautiful facility.

Debbie joined Harbour Trust in 2007 with 12 years of banking experience in both customer service and operations.

Connie resides in LaPorte and graduated from Purdue North Central, now Purdue Northwest, with a Bachelors of Liberal Studies, an Associate’s Degree in General Business as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management. In her free time she enjoys time with her family & friends, golfing, gardening and traveling.

Connie has many years of work experience from a variety of business settings and brings to Harbour Trust a strong background in customer service, office management and human resources.

Mallory was born and raised in Michigan City and resides in Westville. She’s a graduate of Michigan City High School and proud to be working in her hometown. She recently graduated early from Purdue University Northwest in December 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a focus in Investment Management. She became a member of the Harbour team in her last semester of college and became full-time upon graduation. She is learning new skills, tasks and knowledge constantly in the Management Trainee program, migrating through every department in the company. She will soon find her ‘home’ within the company.

In Mallory’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, teaching her basset-hound new tricks, and making memories with her boyfriend, Conner.

Born in McKinney, Texas, Jackie moved to La Porte in 1995 where she currently resides with her husband and two children. Prior to joining the Harbour Team, Jackie worked in La Porte County Government for 10 years in the office of The Michigan Township Assessor and The Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. She holds a Level II Assessor/Appraiser License.

A newcomer to the financial industry, Jackie is excited to expand her knowledge while utilizing a wealth of experience in customer service and maintaining the high standards set by Harbour Trust.In her free time, Jackie enjoys traveling with family, watching her kids at their many extracurricular sports and activities, or catching a Colt’s game with her husband.

Debbie joined Harbour Trust Company in 2023 after 47 years in banking. Debbie spent most of that time in the trust and investment area, where she specialized in coordinating estate, investment, retirement and financial planning strategies for corporations and individuals. Debbie has earned various investment, trust and insurance designations throughout her career. Her goal has been to deliver a high standard of service to her clients, always keeping in mind their best interests.

Debbie has been married for 48 years and has two married children. Her passion is volunteer work. She has been on the Board of Respite Care Services for over 25 years. Debbie has held positions with the Women’s Association of the NWI Symphony, Friends of Hospice and the Munster Education Foundation. She has recently accepted a position on the Meals on Wheels Development Committee.
